Originally created in 1994 through the Elementary and Secondary School Act and expanded in 2001 through No Child Left Behind (NCLB), the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) program, provides students in high-need, high-poverty communities the opportunity to participate in after-school programming. Present in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and 3 territories, academic enrichment and youth development programs are designed to enhance participants’ well-being and academic success.

21st Century CLC is broken up into three sessions each school year: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Please see the calendar link for the specific dates.

To sign up for 21st Century, please fill out the registration form by clicking the registration link. Once the Site Manager receives your application, a FERPA form will be sent home with your child for you to sign. Your child will not be able to start attending 21st Century until the FERPA form is returned with the parent's signature.
